This Privacy Policy explains how CDA Commerce LLC, doing business as Craftify ("Craftify", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects your information when you visit this website, purchase the SVG Universe design library or any other Craftify product, or use the Craftify member area at app.craftify.site.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Order information: your name, email address, and the details of what you purchased. Payments are processed by our third-party checkout and payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
• Support messages: anything you send us by email or through the in-app "report a problem" form, including the email address you provide.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, designs downloaded, approximate location (country/region derived from your IP address), device and browser type.
• Cookies and similar technologies used by us and by the service providers listed below.

2. How we use your information

• To deliver your purchase, create your member access and send you your files and access codes.
• To provide customer support and process refunds.
• To send order confirmations and, if you have not opted out, occasional emails about new designs and offers. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising (for example, understanding which ads lead to purchases).
• To prevent fraud and abuse, including unauthorized sharing of member accounts.

3. Service providers and tracking technologies

We work with a small number of companies that process data on our behalf. They are only allowed to use it to provide their service to us:

• Checkout and payment processing – to take your payment securely.
• Email delivery (Omnisend) – to send order emails and newsletters.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel – to measure the performance of our ads and show relevant ads. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
• Our own analytics – a privacy-respecting usage counter hosted on our own domain (track.craftify.site) that records page views and downloads.
• Hosting and file delivery (Netlify, Cloudflare, Google Drive) – to serve this website and deliver your files.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will keep working, but some features (such as staying logged in to the member area) may not.

4. We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share it with the service providers above, or when required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

5. How long we keep your data

Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute-resolution purposes. Member access data is kept while your access is active. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time (see section 7).

6. Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Access to the member area is protected by one-time access codes sent to your email, and sessions are limited to a reasonable number of devices. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

7. Your rights and choices

Wherever you live, you can email us at support@craftify.site to:

• access a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate information (for example, change the email address on your account);
• delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law;
• opt out of marketing emails (or simply use the unsubscribe link in any email).

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or "share" personal information as defined by California law.

Visitors from the EEA, UK and Switzerland: we process your data on the basis of contract performance (delivering your purchase), our legitimate interests (security, analytics, marketing to existing customers) and your consent where required. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

We will respond to verified requests within 30 days (45 days where the law allows).

8. Children

Our products and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be announced on this page or by email to customers.
