Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If the SVG Universe library (or any other Craftify digital product) isn't right for you, we'll give you your money back. Here is exactly how it works.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason. No questions asked, no forms to fill out, no "proof" required. This applies to the main product and to any add-ons bought at checkout.

2. How to request a refund

Email support@craftify.site from the email address you used at checkout (or include your order number) with the subject line "Refund". That's it. If you'd like to tell us what went wrong, we'd appreciate it, because it helps us improve, but it is optional.

3. How quickly you get your money

We confirm every refund request within 1 business day and issue the refund to your original payment method. Once issued, it typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We cannot speed up your bank's processing time, but we will send you confirmation as soon as the refund has been issued on our side.

4. What happens to your access

Because our products are digital, once a refund is issued your access to the member library and the download links is deactivated, and your license to use the designs ends. Please delete any files you downloaded.

5. Before you open a dispute with your bank

You never need to file a chargeback to get your money back from us: a single email gets you a full refund within the guarantee period, and almost always faster than a bank dispute. If you have already contacted your bank, please let us know so we can resolve it quickly and avoid duplicate credits.

6. After 30 days

After the 30-day guarantee period we generally cannot offer refunds on digital products, but if something is wrong — files you can't open, access that stopped working, a charge you don't recognize — please contact us anyway. We will always try to make it right.

7. Fair use

This guarantee exists so you can buy with confidence. We reserve the right to decline a refund in clear cases of abuse, such as repeatedly purchasing and refunding the same product, or where we find the files have been redistributed in violation of our Terms of Service.
