Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and CDA Commerce LLC, doing business as Craftify ("Craftify", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using the SVG Universe design library, any other Craftify product, this website or the member area at app.craftify.site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products.

1. What you are buying

Craftify sells digital products: downloadable design files (such as SVG, DXF, PNG and related formats) and access to an online library where you can search, preview and download those files. Nothing physical is shipped. Designs are compatible with common cutting software such as Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Studio, but Craftify is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Cricut, Inc., Silhouette America, Inc., Canva or any other software or hardware manufacturer. Those names are trademarks of their respective owners.

2. Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, purchases are a one-time payment with no recurring charges. Payment is processed by our third-party checkout provider; you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the charge. Optional add-ons offered at checkout are separate purchases and are listed on your receipt.

3. Delivery and access

After payment you receive, by email and on the thank-you page, your download links and/or a one-time access code for the member area. Access is tied to the email address used at checkout. It is your responsibility to enter a correct email address and to check your spam folder. If you have not received access within a few minutes, email support@craftify.site and we will sort it out.

Member sessions are limited to a reasonable number of devices per account. We may suspend accounts that appear to be shared, resold or accessed by automated tools.

4. License to use the designs

When you purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the design files as follows:

• Personal use: cut, print and craft the designs for yourself, your family and gifts, without limit.
• Commercial use: make and sell finished physical products (for example shirts, mugs, tumblers, signs, decals, cards) that incorporate the designs, in unlimited quantities, in your own shop, at craft fairs or on marketplaces such as Etsy.

You may not:

• sell, share, give away, upload or redistribute the digital files themselves, whether as-is or modified, alone or as part of a bundle;
• offer the designs as print-on-demand digital downloads or as part of another design library or subscription;
• claim authorship of the designs or register them as your own trademarks or copyrights;
• share your account, access codes or download links with anyone else.

Some designs are inspired by popular themes and are intended for personal crafting; where a design references third-party characters, names or logos, you are responsible for making sure your own commercial use complies with the rights of those third parties in your jurisdiction.

The license is granted to the individual or single business that made the purchase. The designs remain the intellectual property of Craftify and its licensors. Violating this license ends it immediately and may result in your access being revoked without refund.

5. Lifetime access and updates

"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product: as long as Craftify continues to operate the SVG Universe library, you keep access and receive the updates we add, at no extra cost. If we ever discontinue the library, we will give customers reasonable notice and the opportunity to download their files. We do not guarantee that any specific design will remain available indefinitely; designs may be removed for legal or quality reasons.

6. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. The full terms are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or member area, including by attempting to bypass access controls, scraping or bulk-downloading the library with automated tools, interfering with other users, or using the service for anything unlawful.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The products and website are provided "as is". We work hard to keep the files accurate and compatible, but we do not warrant that every design will be suitable for every machine, material or software version, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Cutting results depend on your equipment, settings and materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craftify and CDA Commerce LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost materials, arising from your use of the products or website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use of the products or website after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Changes will not reduce the license rights you already acquired with a purchase.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@craftify.site; most issues are solved within one business day. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may seek relief in small-claims court where eligible.
